Summary
I am lawyer by profession, but with experience in the community manager and Big Data. I
have been part of two campaigns of Premise Data Corporation, for clients such as the World
Bank and the IMF, specifically in the position of Country Setup Specialist. I supported the
country manager of Venezuela and Colombia with the support to users in capturing new
scout, disclosure of policies and objectives of the company among new users, induction to
services, as well as technical support.
Premise Data is a company founded in 2012 in San Francisco. Built to track and help
understand social and economic data globally, Premise generates real-time and transparent
data to the public, private companies, NGO’s, foundations, governments.
Among our clients are Bloomberg, UN, World Bank, Gates Foundation, Standard Chartered.
Our final products are used to support food security, to predict inflation indexes, to map
infrastructure, and to other purposes alike.
The general role responsibilities were: user communication, feedback to user questions in less
than 24 hours. Recruitment, recruit at a minimum 10 users with at least 30 accepted
observations in two cities, 5 users in two rural towns with at least 10 accepted observations.
The user will provide given to Growth member a reference.

As a CSS I were Premise’s representative in the region. I had should convey a professional,
neutral and respectful image in every interaction with users or other parties. It was also my
duty to report trends and opportunities you think might improve the company’s presence in my
country.
My mission were to build meaningful relationships while recruiting, onboarding and
maintaining the community. At this position, engaging with users is a substantial part of the
scope. My work were to find new users, train them to start sending observations, give
feedback on these observations, help build and maintain a community and act as a first line of
support to users.
In other words, my should was the one stop shop for every situation a user might encounter,
whether it be a technical issue or questions about how to setup a payment account. Being
available to users via instant messaging, email and Facebook is a great way to strengthen
your relationships and build trust.
To build a successful community, I needed people believing in the same core values and
mission. To truly bond and take the most out of the interaction with users it was very important
to transmit Premise’s culture and vision. Once users had the same deep knowledge we do
they’ll had a good reason to work harder.
Additionally, It was my responsibility to prioritize work and deploy strategies with goals and
deadlines designated by HQ. Achieving success is much easier when I used all the bonding
and the relationships you build everyday to accomplish my operation’s objectives.
