I am Marlon, I took up AB Philosphy at De La Salle University Dasmarinas. I am a father of four, with two boys and two girls. I have been in the BPO industry since 2004. I have been through different LOB's in the past which caters different types of customers and services such as Customer Service, Technical Support, Collections Agent, Prescriptions Specialist, Appointment Setters and Sales Executive.
I have been an agent, a Subject Matter Expert, a Team Leader, an Account Manager and an Operations Manager for the centers I've been with.
In my years of experience I learned to multitask, work under pressure, become a goal oriented person and work under minimal supervision.
I am a fast learner and in every company i was with I work with integrity.
