I worked in a call center for 3 years, helping health card users understand their health care benefits and how they can submit their claims. This experience helped me develop empathy and urgency - both are important in the inbound phone support and proper customer service workflow execution.
I am really good at communicating with people. Asking the right questions saves time in analyzing the customer's needs and problems. This way, I know how to address their issues in a timely manner.
One of my accomplishments is being the top female presenter in my college in which I involved myself in a university-wide marketing plan competition and presented it to a large crowd.
Another accomplishment is graduating from High School with honors, Valedictorian. I was really good at academics. I took my bachelor's degree at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, Main Campus, which is really hard to get in. I'm grateful to finish my degree here. I also was a part of the top 100 passers of Outstanding Marketing Students from MarkProf Foundation by Josiah Go.
I volunteered at a lot of in-person and online events, both locally and abroad. I like attending events that involve personal development and community management. I also volunteered at AWS conferences and also at CMX Summit. I enjoy public speaking, zoom hosting, and event facilitating.
I'm a great problem solver, a fast learner, and a detail-oriented person. I can create strategies quickly and like to execute them with a team, because no man is an island, and working in a company, working in a silo is a big no.
Lastly, I know how to have fun at work! It's important, especially when working from home and with a diverse and global company.
