Work History: June 2017 – June 2020Started as a Customer Service Rep for a Debt Consolidation Company. After a year I was promoted to Negotiations. My duties included faxing and emailing documents. Calling creditors and negotiating clients’ debt for less than they owe. March 2016 – April 2017 Call Center & Answering Service Representative. For the Call Center my duties included inbound and outbound calls. Scheduling of appointments for multiple gas companies. For the Answering Service my duties included taking incoming calls for 18 different companies i.e. Doctors’ offices, Home Health Care companies, Plumbing & HVAC companies. I took detailed messages for all companies and either transferred or paged the calls to the people on call. Nov 2014 – March 2015Recruiter for Tye International. I found online jobs for native English speakers in other countries and placed them in work from home jobs for companies in the states. My duties included sending emails and doing online searches for companies hiring at home workers. Medical Records Specialist for Medical Chart Bank. Responsibilities included: Calling patients to give them the option to get their medical records before they are destroyed. I did data entry and kept complete documentation of all calls and payments. Had to reach out to Doctors’ offices to offer our services and also patients. Was laid off due to company closing. Nov 2004 - Aug 2010:Dispatcher and Administrative Assistant for Alpine Air HVAC Company & Ranger Construction. Responsibilities included: Dispatching Technicians to service calls, tracking and completing time cards, typing letters, answering phones, billing customers for service and installations completed, collections, sending emails and the general upkeep of the office. Sept/Oct 2003 & 2004:Seasonal Customer Service for Gags & Gifts Company. Responsibilities included: assisting customers in store, working cash register, stocking shelves, checking in deliveries. Aug 2002 - May 03:Hostess/Busser for Rancho Grande restaurant. Responsibilities included: Seating customers, Setting up tables for various meal times, Preparing plates, Serving drinks, Clearing & Cleaning tables, Cleaning restaurant at the close of every work shift. June - July 1998:Maid for John Ascuagas Nugget Hotel. Responsibilities included: Cleaning hotel rooms i.e. vacuuming, dusting, changing bedding, cleaning bathrooms. Education: High School graduate from Douglas High School. Completed all courses for High School Diploma.
