Hi, my name is Marko Jovanovic, experienced transition manager working with world's biggest corporate brands (McDonalds, RBI, Starbucks etc.) during the customer onboarding process. Some of the responsibilities and skills involved with working on these projects are:
• Coordinating multiple projects throughout the project lifecycle, starting with pre-sales phase and extending through the deployment phase of the customer onboarding
• Coordinating project communications, compiling project information for review and compliance with the project management team.
• Engaging internal and external stakeholders to fully understand the business objectives, asses the risks and risk mitigation.
• Identifying project goals and objectives, customer requirements, resource requirements.
• Managing key decision points in project plans and communicating project status to all stakeholders by maintaining and reviewing project informational system, reviewing and evaluating project documentation and key deliverables.
Besides my current I can also offer my team management services as someone who has worked as a Team Lead for a deployment team involved in POS/Non-POS equipment deployment for customers such as Walmart and Seiyu, My skillset obtained here includes, but is not limited to:
• Keeping track of team metrics and employing corrective action to eliminate discrepancies for a team of approximately 90 employees.
• Developing and maintaining management tools needed for team management.
• Developing and improving team knowledge base and learning programs.
• Ensuring resource utilization matches project needs in respect both to quantity and required expertise.
• Supervised implementation of multiple projects while collaborating with project stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Addressing opportunities arising during project lifecycle by suggesting, collaborating on developing and implementing process improvements.
