Marko Borovac

I'm a Ruby/Ruby on Rails Engineer from Croatia with ever growing experience in building high quality sites aiming at greatness. I'm looking to create quality code and expand my portfolio doing it.

I love a challenge, never back off from a problem and try to learn as much as I can from my colleagues, as well as share the knowledge. I'm dedicated, hard working, and believe in good testing practices.

My experiences range from building mobile app APIs, through web administrator interfaces and simple web services to scalable full-stack web applications using Ruby on Rails in the back-end and AngularJS in the front-end.

My modus operandi are highly readable code accompanied by a well thought-out test suite and comprehensible documentation.

Part of a development process essential to me is good communication with the client as it leads to better understanding of the set goals and cleaner mid-development changes. Agile development methodology comes in handy here, so I'll be sticking to it as much as possible.
