Hello! Let me introduce myself. Last I counted, I've worked for more than 7 years under the contact center industry. Currently, I get to work part-time as a remote English Teacher on a flexible schedule. What am I here for? Firstly, I've had extensive customer service experiences and exposure under the contact center industry. These enhanced my soft skills, technical expertise, sales and retentions savviness, and writing shrewdness. In addition, me having served as an online English teacher greatly improved my fluency as an English communicator and as a good conversationalist. Secondly, I am very internet-savvy, and know how to use core G-suite or Google Workspace tools or programs. Lastly, I’m also very versatile and well-rounded in terms of work or job specifications. I have computer repair technician expertise which envelops software and hardware troubleshooting and maintenance, PC network configuration, and malware removal. I also have a wide range with my writing expertise (e.g. academic writings, content writings, blog posts, email correspondences, business letters).
