I am patience in terms of handling situations. I am very attentive to whatever concerns that people around me arises. I have made clear communication skills to be able to be understood by most people especially those who were asking supports and advises. I have the ability to use positive languages in order to uplift everyone. I am exhibiting time management as one of my top priority because this is one of the things that most of us appreciated the most, the being responsible on time on task.
I am goal oriented for I stayed focus on certain objectives in order be satisfactory. My willingness to learn new things is somehow one of my skills because I always learn and learning is a continuous process. I have the ability to "read" costumers in order to connect to them righteously.

I've been in the Customer Service Industry for more than 2 years. My most recent experience has been handling incoming calls and outbound calls in a superior service provider in the USA. I also have an experience working as Customer Service representative in online supporting emails with Zendesk, Petra Medical for data entry and research, Avaya, Local, Global Parcel Tracking and Google sheets/docs, technical support, chat and other administrative task. I performed task such as but not limited to Customer Retention, Billing, Sales, Customer service payment collection, appointment settings review, making company reviews, Customer service and administrative work. I am confident on answering and making phone calls. I am detail-oriented, able to weigh conditions and make decisions on my own. Critical thinker and problem solver, committed, and I strictly follow deadlines. I am submissive to my superiors but I'm able to express myself whenever I have suggestion for the success of the project. I am used to doing reports. In addition, I am also able to communicate both oral and written forms; I am being able to confidently speak with the clients in the US over the phone. I also communicate with them through emails so conversations, negotiations, most especially conditions agreed upon with are being documented. One reason I particularly enjoy in this career and the challenges that go along with it is the opportunity to connect with people. I am willing to learn, I have a positive attitude and have a good communication skills but the best strength that I always applied is attention to detail. If I want to do something, I make sure it gets done and on time, I pride myself on my reputation in following through and meeting deadlines. I believe that my skills and experiences would be a good fit for and in any position.
