I have been in the contact center industry since 2010. I started as a directory assistance for over a year, that is the 411 hotline in the US. Then moved to a technical/customer service/sales contact center of SiriusXM fo a year. Spent a year with Norton Premium Care Sales team where I sell remote computer services to client world wide such as virus removal or simple tune up. Next was with Dish Network as a Tech Support, Customer Service and Sales which eventually became a Team Lead and a training and spent almost 2 years. Also became a banker in CitiBank where I handled credit card assistance for Virgin Money Australia and Bank of Queensland Credit Card for almost a year until I decided to go back to our hometown and finally get a degree. March last year I started my work from home journey and landed first on a seasonal cold calling for real estate company called Leadpro and spent three months. After a week I was hired as an Administrative assistant and an Inside Sales Agent for a real estate company based in California until August this year.
