I am a vocational technical graduate of Heavy Equipment Servicing Technology but I end up studying again for IT course. I stopped studying after a year and worked as a Data Entry Encoder for 4 years from 2002-2004. After being an encoder I applied for a Customer Service Representative in an Healthcare Account in one of the Call Centers near our place. I stayed in Customer Service for most of my years from 2004 to present. I have talked to Healthcare Provider as wells as Members. I discuss the process how their benefits works and how it was processed. I also have an experience in back office where I took part time work for Yellow Book where I navigate the web for valid business listings and offering them subscriptions on the yellow pages. I was also introduces to Pay Per Click Advertising where I earned by clicking Ads. I'm a proficient at typing with 33 words per minute accuracy rate. I love to take new chances and new things to innovate my skills as well as try to earn a living
