My work background includes customer service, technical
support and telemarketing within call center.Previously, I’ve
worked with the BPO Industry in the Philippines as a
Technical support and as a Customer service representative.
My role was to assist consumers of their internet issues
providing troubleshooting steps on the phone, scheduling a
technician repair if necessary and up sell our client’s services.
In addition to this, I was also a part of Elite sales force of our
campaign and been recognized as one of the top seller in the
group.
