I worked as a Chat moderator / Support for a year. Responsible for maintaining relationships between customers and the company, Including messaging, and generating sales. Promoted to a QA role in charge of monitoring and evaluating Chat moderator performance making sure that everything was done right. I also worked as a Content Moderator for 3 years my task was to evaluate flagged and reported posts for guideline violations, review posts directly on article pages while understanding the context of the article, take proper action against users who violate the guidelines & document the action(s) taken, and escalate sensitive situations to our team leads.
