I'm an experienced (inbound/outbound) technical support/sales representative for Cyber Defender, a company who provides technical assistance where a subscriber can calls 24/7 for premium service and remote technical assistance for their computer. My job as an agent is to provide %100 customer satisfaction including verification and updating customer's account for security purposes but not limited to; documenting a detailed information about customer's concern, asking probing question to isolate and get to the buttom of the issue, diagnose an issues and conducting trouble shooting steps, create a ticket to establish a remote access session between customer's computer and senior technicians que where a computer is in a waiting for the next available technician, process payments and offer incremental sales or account upgrade to boost company's profitability and to maintain call to sales ratio, lastly making a follow up call to customers who's tickets are still open to make sure the session is still active.
