With eBay, I was a part of the escalations department handling diverse issues of consumers mainly on returns, refunds, cancellations, fraud, and case analysis. With Arcadi moving company, I handled schedules of delivery dispatch and arrival and a bit of sales (quoting). Also, I have 2 years of experience in cold calling, both office-based and home-based.
