I'm Mark Feliciano, I have more than 6 years of experience in the retail and customer service field. I have worked for Sunglass Haven also known as Sunglass Hut in other countries for 4 years as a Store Supervisor. and also worked for a BPO company with a Tmobile account as a Customer Service Representative. I also handled Amazon and Walmart stores for almost 2 years as an all-around Virtual Assistant.
