For me, it is not just about working but contributing to the GROWTH of the ORGANIZATION by giving high quality output in RESEARCH, WEBSITE/EMAIL MANAGEMENT, and other ADMIN TASKS.

Having worked for 6 years in a broadcast organization in Manila as a production assistant and eventually as a program producer, proper COMMUNICATION, work ACCURACY and TIMELINESS are very important in every task I do.

I do not claim to be perfect and know-it-all, but CONSTANT LEARNING is my vehicle to become BETTER each time. I care about my personal improvement as much as the organization where I will be sharing my time, talent, and knowledge.
