The type of customer service I offer varies on different categories be it as a Customer Service, Tech Support, Chat and Email or just simply Outbound Phone service. I can also be your Virtual Assistant whenever you need it. I used to work as a Customer Service and Technical Support (Tier 1 and 2) for Microsoft Zune and as a Customer Service and Sales Representative for T-Mobile USA. Working here in Upwork for full time in about over a year now, I learned and acquired new set skills as well such as Email Handling like MailChimp, SEO for Wordpress and Data Entry and Lead Researcher for the most. I also experience being a Virtual Assistant for some of my clients.
As I mentioned that I have this excellent communication skill but humbly rate my English proficiency 9 out of 10 for both written and oral. I also have a basic knowledge in Spanish.
My experience through communication channel varies. Most of my former clients has its own software that I need to install or they provide a link, website or logins that I need to sign in. I used Skype for most of the time to chat and call customers and I also used some mobile apps to connect with customers and clients some times. I love to be on technical side of service but I am open to any opportunities given be it customer service, tech support and/or sales.
