My 1st work experience is all about computer. From assembly of computer parts to parts then to installation of OS - operating system and drivers to troubleshooting and diagnosing computer issues.
I also work as a customer associate in Uniqlo for 3 years then I tried working in BPO (Business Process Outsourcing), where most accounts that I handled are for an Airline. I worked under United Airlines as a representative or a customer service rep for about 5 years or more. I answer phone calls to assist customers with their bookings or inquiries. I also work as a chat representative for United Airlines after taking in phone calls after 3 years.
I also work as a travel specialist or a customer service representative for Singapore Airlines. I take phone calls then moved to chat support channel to still assist customers with their bookings/reservations.
My recent work experience is working as a customer service representative of Agero. I take in phone calls to assist service providers under Agero network with their account with us or with their invoice for billing purposes. Then later moved to tickets, where I communicate to service providers via email, but from time to time may still require to call them.
