I am a dedicated and hard working employee with more than 4 years of experience in the BPO industry.

My most recent position was a Learning and Development Trainer (calls, email and back of house transactions) for a variety of clients/programs 4 of which are Australian accounts and 1 American account. I've trained customer service representatives for an Energy account, Directory Assistance, Technical Support and Broadband.
