I have 9 years of experience in the BPO industry. I had been a technical support representative for one of USA's largest media company on my first job. I also worked as a career advisor for an American start-up company whose primary job is to help individuals in the US find a university/college that would suit their chosen profession. I also became a telephone banker for a multinational US bank whose offshore operations are here in the Philippines. I dealt with almost all of clients' concerns about their bank accounts - account balances, funds transfers, check clearing verification, fraud prevention and detection, online banking.
I love to travel too thus writing about travels is also one thing that I love doing.
