I have been working at home as a Remote Technical Support Specialist for the past 4 yrs. Attending to open tickets and making sure tickets are address and resolve on a timely manners. Primary support for VOIP system(3cx, Yeastar, United Cloud and Fusion FBX) this includes setting up the system from scratch and making sure the system is working properly. And as the system admin, does the routine updates for the system to keep the system firmware updated. Part of my job is to address remotely computer hardware, software(Windows XP, Windows 7, windows 8, Windows 10, Microsoft Office 2003, 2007, 2016) and network(active directory, mapping the network drives, connectivity) issues. Also supports printer(drivers, setting and error that users encounter) and scanner issues. Been also doing software support for Quickbook with our accounting client whenever users are encountering error messages and installing updates.

Also handles support for Microsoft Office 365 from setting up the account, preparing the domain, creating and managing users and issuing licenses. Also includes migrating email account from another domain like Gmail to Office365.

Been also doing basic works for website creation using WHM Panel. This include preparing the development site for work and uploading the live website once all work by the web developer are complete.

Recently started doing works for CCTV camera such as adjusting settings and firmware updates. For issues that are out of scope, make sure these issues are escalated to the appropriate department to get immediate solution.

As a technical support, I can say I have the strong ability to work independently, learn quickly, research and find information effectively, and meet deadlines.

And being detail oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly to changing tasks and priorities help me to perform well on doing my job.
