I have more or less 11years of experience being a Data Entry Operator or Specialist. I had a lot of experience when it comes to data keying/data entry. I have 4 different roles being a Data Entry Specialist.
1st is in healthcare account which we encode US health insurance that includes HCFA and EOB form that includes patients name, date of service, how much it cost, hospital name and so on and so forth.
2nd is in back office. We are working on australian accounts. Keying data from scanned documents into the system which we encode invoices for different clients. like for example taxi's receipt. we’re the one who do their invoices to know how much their company needs to pay for them. And also in Logistics which we do is like an amazon, alibaba or shopee here in the philippines. We specializes in the management and coordination of the flow of goods, services, and information within an organization or supply chain and we input it on our database until it has been delivered or done.
3rd is in Pet Insurance which we process insurance for australian clients and make sure that the prices and all the details are match to the data form so the client get less or totally covered by the insurance.
4th is in travel accounts which I work for Blacklane Chauffer Services for more than 1year. We're the one who book a ride for a guest in different countries like USA, FRANCE, AUSTRIA, GERMANY, INDIA, SINGAPORE, SWEDEN, NEW ZEALAND and PORTUGAL. We have some celebrities and politician who book a ride to BLACKLANE for their personal or business trip. And also I handled chats and emails to speak directly to the guest or to our Airport Station Manager via Slack and Intercom.
