Mark Anthony Cabaluna

I am a graduate of BS Computer Engineering with knowledge on both hardware and software, proficient on MS applications and other software applications. I have 1 year experience on being a structor and data encoder. I also have 4 and half years experience on a BPO company on a technical account which is Dell. I was an agent for 1 year and an SME(Subject Matter Expert) for 3 and a half years during that time I gained experience on customer services(handling inbound and outbound call), handling escalations, data management, analysis and reporting and participated on client meetings.

I am a hardworking person and can work with minimal supervision. I am a fast learner and can do tasks accurately and in a timely manner. I am a person with integrity on which any clients can be assured that the procedures, guidelines and requests that they needed are met.
