I have a degree of Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications, major in Broadcasting. I started in the BPO industry in 2005, right after college. I've done credit card acquisition, hard-core outbound selling. I used to sell pre-packed meals, insurance, phone and internet lines etc. The last position I've handled was a Rewards Manager for Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific. I'ts a timeshare account, appointment setting. We call people to invite them to attend a sales presentation and eventually convince them to purchase a timeshare property. As a Rewards Manager, I was the one closing the sales and getting people's commitment to attend a presentation. Working at home as a freelancer is a bit new to me, I just started in 2015, I was a Personal Virtual Assistant to a businessman in Australia. I do outbound calling to offer his businesses' products and services as well, also setting appointments to prospective business partners.
I am very passionate in what I do, and driven as well. I never take no for an answer. I do not stop until I get the job done. I am also particular with schedule, I see to it that tasks are done on time without compromising its quality. The are three things I have that I can always brag about.
