I am an electrical engineering graduate who have work in construction industry for 3 years hoping to transition to work from home as virtual assistant as i see that i have the skills and the eagerness to do and learn the the job.
In my recent job experience, here are some of the works i did that aligns with the virtual assistant job description.
1. Tracking and monitoring of work progress, material used and deliveries and other documents related to project milestones.
2. Handling of emails with correspondence to clients, subcontractors and other contractors.
3. Planning and scheduling of daily works of manpower.
4. Compiling of project reports for organized documentation.
As a newbie, I am highly organized, detail-oriented and quick to learn aiming to provide reliable support in managing tasks and help to run things smoothly.
