I started my first job as Technical Support Representative in a Telecommunication Company, my account is AT&T we cater American clients and I resolve their Telephone, Internet and Television Technical problems over the phone, I give them a step by step process to follow. I am a fast learner and also a fast typist, I am also knowledgeable with MS Office and a tech savvy. I also worked as Customer Care Representative in an Insurance company, I resolve customer complaints over the phone and provide them daily feedback regarding their concern. I am also friendly and have no problem with the people I work with.
