I've been in the customer service industry for more than 9yrs. I stay long with my previous employers, for example, my most recent one. I have worked with them for more than 3yrs. I am a person who doesn't resign in a short period of time, therefore, you can count on me.

Also, I have learned to deal with customers and how to handle their requests. I am self-motivated, I pay attention to details, I can work independently and I can work well with team members too.
