I have hands-on experience managing accounts receivable and accounts payable, performing accurate bank reconciliations, processing payroll and ensuring timely compliance with reporting requirements, maintaining inventory records, and preparing estimates and invoices. I’m also skilled in reconciling daily transactions with 100% accuracy in Xero and generating detailed management and financial reports. I take pride in mastering every aspect of bookkeeping and consistently deliver accurate and efficient results.

In addition, I’m skilled in various Medical Virtual Assistant tasks such as appointment scheduling, insurance verification, prior authorization, prescription refills, managing electronic medical records (EMR), and electronic health records (EHR), as well as basic medical coding, billing, and scribing.
