I have more than 10 years experience working in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry and in the group shared services setting. I am experienced in uploading products online, handling emails, customer support, social media, management, basic graphic design using canvas, dropshipping, product research and data entry. I am also familiar with Rank Tracker, Traffic Travis, and Semrush. I know how to operate basic MS office as well. I am very eager to be trained to use other tools and applications required for the work.

Currently I am a stay-at-home mom, managing my small online business. I am open to work part-time or full time with flexible working hours.
