With over 15 years of HR experience in the UK, I provide advice on guidance to organisations on a number of HR

HR Business Partner, Essex County Fire & Rescue Service ECFRS (July 2019 – March 2020)

Working closely with Area Commanders and Department Heads to provide proactive, strategic direction in
response to key people and organisational challenges, risks and issues.

Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, as a strategic partner to the business, to keep abreast
of developments and to improve the ability to implement the HR and Organisational Development strategy.

Share ownership with Service managers for decisions on the full range of people issues. Understand and
anticipate service delivery issues and challenges, and ensure consistency across ECFRS.

Manage and support the HR work streams of projects and ensure all projects and initiatives take people and
organisational issues into account. Key projects worked on include:
o Redeployment of employees following a change in ECFRS prevention strategy
o Development and implementation of ECFRS conflict resolution process, to include developing and
delivering training to managers and employees.
o Setting up secondary contracts of employment for Fire Bike employees
Interim HR Business Partner, Grey (April – May 2019)

Providing HR Generalist cover to a number of agencies under the Grey umbrella (Grey London, Grey Europe,
Wildfire). This includes
o Recruitment (to include employees, interns and freelancers)
o Guiding, advising and training managers on Employee Relations issues
o Management and coaching of HR Assistant

HR Manager, BGRS (August 2017 – March 2019)
Partnering with the Global HR team, people managers and employees in EMEA to support the overall business
success, and to align HR practices with current and future business needs.

Responsible for overall HR Generalist support to EMEA client groups, including the design and execution of
HR policies and processes. Building strong relationships across multiple functions and locations to best
enable and support change management efforts.

Interpublic Group – Interim Roles (November 2016 – July 2017)
Starting as interim HR Manager at MRM Meteorite, I spent a total of 9 months in 3 different HR roles within
Interpublic Group agencies, as the need arose. I was primarily responsible for providing both tactical and strategic
HR advice to the board and senior business leaders.
Talent Partner, Momentum UK (May 2017 – July 2017)

People Partner, McCann London (February – May 2017)
Key achievements:
• Solely responsible for the launch of My Family Care, to a population of around 350 employees.
• Worked on developing the capabilities of our early career employees; partnering with Leaders Unlocked, I
encouraged them to represent the Agency and to build relationships with young people and underrepresented
groups.
• Preparation of Gender Pay Gap report.
• Quickly built relationships with a new team and became a trusted advisor to employees and managers at all
levels. Provided expert advice and guidance on ER issues, both to people managers but also coaching the
more junior members of the HR team on best practice and approach.
• Through the ongoing partnership with Radiocentre and the IPA, I ensured that employees developed and
retained skills relevant to all methods of advertising.
HR Manager, MRM Meteorite (November 2016 – February 2017)
Key Achievements:
