I have experience in outbound calling. I am a fast learner and am able to quickly adapt to new systems and processes, which has allowed me to excel in a variety of customer service roles. 

In my previous role as a customer service representative for a Telecommunications Company, I handled customer inquiries related to billing, technical support, and account management. I was responsible for resolving customer issues in a timely and effective manner, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. I also worked closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer issues were escalated and resolved as quickly as possible. I've been an intern for Quality Assurance for six months. 

In addition to my experience in telecommunications, I have also worked as a customer service representative for a car sharing app and a ride sharing app. In these roles, I handled customer inquiries related to bookings, payments, and vehicle issues. I was responsible for providing customers with accurate and timely information, while also ensuring that their experience with the app was positive.
