Mario Alberto Muñoz Skinner

I am a 22 year old living in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua. I have spent most of my professional life working in a diverse range of jobs that always required me to adapt and learn new ways to help customers have the best experience as possible.

The first job I had was as a salesman for the phone company "Telcel", as well as helping customers who were facing any technical issues with their Android or iOS devices. This is where I first learned on how to build my soft skills and to work fast and efficient so the customer's patience wouldn't wear thin.

Shortly after this, I worked as a Dental Assistant for a dental clinic called "Rio Grande Dental", this dental clinic always had patients from Europe, USA and Asia. During my time working there my English improved tenfold and I learned how to work under pressure as well as how to deal with stressful situations.

My most recent job was working for 5CA as a Gaming Support Agent for Epic Games. This was my first time working from home so I had to get used to working with necessary software as well as helping players with any issues they were facing with Epic Games titles such as Fortnite or the Epic Games Store. I worked with many people from around the world and it was a delightful experience.
