I worked as a Data Encoder on a Merchandise Store where in I transfer hand written or files of lists of SKU's and product names to an RMS database. But now shifted as a BPO Agent working for a fast-food chain as an IT-Help Desk. I also worked before as Customer service rep. for a radio signal company and on a Telco company. I spend a lot of my extra hours on the internet and love to do searching and browsing. I am knowledgeable of both Microsoft Word and Excel and have used Power Point on some of my old presentations.
