I am a QA for about 4 years. I am working on both, Web and Mobile (Android and iOS) oriented applications. I am highly detail oriented person with a gift to notice every issue in a software, functional and non-functional.

On the project I was working on, I did not only do my job as QA person,but also communicated with the developers in resolving and creating the best solutions for the projects. I managed to report self-explanatory issues, so the developers would understand them fully.
I contributed to the company by setting its QA standards, introducing new ways of testing and work methodologies.
I have high experience in the QA tools that I use on a day to day basis: Jira and TestRail.

My adaptation, energy, self-learning and detail-oriented personality, made me a very valuable player in my team.

Right now I'm a Team Lead of the Mobile QA team in ServicePro USA. So far I've learned to not just only build and execute manual test plans, but also to work closely with the developers and help them easily resolve the issues. As a team lead I have the responsibility to motivate my team and help them deliver finished apps every day.

I have an eye for strong attention to details that can sometimes annoy me for noticing everything :)
