Hi, My name is Marilou, I worked as a Mentor in Alorica Teleservices

handling TMOBILE Account. I used to handle escalation calls for sales,

financial, technical, and retention. I train them to get into production.

I also worked as a Customer Relations in Opportunity Zones. I used to call

company owners to sponsor and attend our seminars in the United States area.

I Previously worked as Dispo Admin for MLS Cash Buyers New york

calling buyers and realtors to sell our listed properties. Posting ads on craigslist, oncarrot, sending emails, research, managing CRM, and other Admin works. 

I also worked in Hayward Estates, it's a rent-to-own company in the UK. I used to post

ads on Craigslists and other marketing channels. Whenever there are inquiries

I'll set up a meet-up with our agent partners in the UK to see the properties that we are selling.

I just handled a campaign as project manager for an auto insurance company.

I help the CEO in planning and implementing new strategies every week. I'm also in charge of the callers, training them to ensure quality in every call and we do one-on-one coaching every time.
