I have extensive experience in the corporate world as a Bookkeeper, with a strong focus on Accounts Receivable (AR) management. Throughout my career, I have been responsible for managing end-to-end AR processes — from preparing and sending invoices, reconciling customer accounts, monitoring aging reports, and handling collections, to investigating payment issues and processing credit card transactions.

As a certified Xero and QuickBooks Online (QBO) ProAdvisor, I am well-versed in using cloud-based accounting platforms, allowing me to efficiently manage financial records, generate reports, and support businesses in maintaining accurate and organized books.
