I have extensive experience working in an agency, where I filled vacancies of varying complexity and worked with diverse positions. 

I have experience in game development (outsourcing, outstaffing).

Worked both independently as the sole recruiter and collaboratively as part of a team.

Also, I had the opportunity to manage the team officially in the agency. I was also the right hand of the head of the department at a game studio, where we improved processes together, created development opportunities for colleagues, conducted 1 on 1s, and worked on restructuring. I implemented an onboarding system that is still used to train newcomers, and I also helped with HR processes.
