I started working as a Butler in a 5 star hotel here in Manila for 3years. I worked on operations and personalized customer service. On my 4th year i was promoted as Butler Supervisor. I mainly worked on doing and conducting trainings for newly hired Butlers.

I changed path in year 2018 and decided to focus on Food and Beverage. I gained experience as a F&B supervisor in a High end resort in El Nido Palawan.

It has always been my duty to ensure that customer satisfaction is always the priority.
