I completed my training in Amazon Virtual Assistant Masterclass under Amazon Sellers VA (ASVA). This is complete hands-on Amazon VA training from product research to inventory management to sponsored ads given by certified 7-figure Amazon Sellers.

The best professional skill that I am best at is my organizational skills. Being organize plays a very important role in any workplace, it is one of the factors that can make or break a business. I always create structure and order, boosting productivity and prioritizing tasks that must be completed immediately base on the level of urgency versus those that can be postponed, delegated, or eliminated altogether. I can bring that to your company with my knowledge about Amazon, even I do not have any first-hand experience because I know I am a fast learner, I'm a very good researcher and I'm not afraid to ask questions if I have to.

My greatest weakness is that I sometimes focus too much on the details of a project and spend too much time analyzing the finer points. I’ve been striving to improve in this area by checking in with myself at regular intervals and giving myself a chance to refocusing on the bigger picture. That way I can still ensure quality without getting so caught up in the details that it affects my productivity or the team’s ability to meet the deadline.”

I would define customer service as helping customers handle issues, helping them find the product they want, and doing your best to have them leave the store pleased.

In my previous role, the most that I enjoy doing was inventory management and customer service. The process of accurate stock control will result in a better customer experience and satisfaction. I love seeing my customers happy by always exceeding their expectations with our products and services.

In one of my recent roles, we had a disgruntled customer who was unhappy with her purchase. I offered to speak with her and took the time to listen to her concerns. Once she was calm, I offered her various options to help resolve the issue. When she decided on the solution that best suited her, she thanked me for my time and ended up making another purchase with us in the future. While I helped rectify this situation, I also ensured we kept her as a customer.
