I was then transferred to the Taft Avenue Branch of the Bank as a Branch Cashier. Before I availed of the retirement program with Land Bank, I was Assistant Manager of Malacanang Branch. I also worked with Palmer Asia as HRD Manager. As HRD Manager, designed and prepared the company’s Sales Manual and conducted the Sales Training for incoming sales personnel. Was a Personnel Officer at the Technology Resource Center for a year, doing initial interviews and evaluation of tests. My first job, after graduation was with Corporate Executive Search, Inc as Recruitment Officer in charge of screening applicants and administering tests as well as evaluate and make recommendations. I believe my more than 30 years work experience have equipped me with the knowledge, skills and attitude in various fields like Human Resources, Training, banking operations, customer service and sales which I can share to employees to help improve their performance.
