Marielle Pilapil

I started my career working remotely since 2017. I started working as a Recruitment consultant in a UK based company and my task is Recruitment of Online English teachers based in Canada, USA and UK. I also had the chance to work with an Australian based client and my tasks is Recruitment of Aged Care workers based in Australia to different Aged care facilities in Australia. As recruitment consultant, I was trained in sourcing, conducting initial interviews and onboarding of new hires. Currently, I am working as a part time HR Director in a Canadian based outsourcing company. I am in charged to oversee and manage recruitment, payroll and timekeeping, employee benefits, policy making and implementation, and employee engagement activities.
