My most recent job is in Ibex Global as a chat/email support from September 9, 2019 to February 22, 2021. First account would be Tile. It's a bluetooth tracker in US and we are supporting customer's concern with regards to the product. Second account is Sam's Club. We are helping member's concern regarding returns and refunds, order status, where is my order, in-club complaints or concerns, online account concerns and more. Both account is chat and email account. My responsibility is to respond to customer's queries in a timely and accurate way via chat and email. Identifying customer's needs and helping customer use specific features regarding the products that we have. For my skills, I have an excellent typing skills and can type 60 - 70 words per minute.
