Hi My Name is Mariel, 28 years old. Living here in Angeles City, Pampanga. I've been a Virtual assistant for 8 years. But my recent job is in PMVA Inc. I've been there for like 2 years as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant. Some of my tasks are Scheduling routines for the Property Manager. Processing bills like Tenant Invoicing water, High bills to send to Landlord. Bills with/ or without Work order, Council rates and insurance. Application processing using the Inspect real Estate & Lease Renewals. I expertise using PropertyMe & some applications that are using in Australia. I also have some experience in Graphic design using Adobe Photoshop and social media marketing, posting and promoting some products that we're selling in Facebook & in Instagram.
