I am a graduate of Bachelor of arts in Mass Communication. I've worked with BPO companies that handles technical support roles. I assist customers with their internet/cable TV over the phone. I Also do outbound calling whenever needed. B2B is part of my skill as well, multi-tasking all throughout the day to make sure that resolution is provided to the customer. I am conversational when it comes to my customers and I make sure that they will be heard and listened whenever they open up to me as a support for them. I am a hard worker and I do not take jobs for granted. In my five years of work experience, I was able to develop my skills all through out. I love challenges and learning new things as well as they will help me grow in this career that I've chose.
