Marie-Yves Sergine Brinnius

I am Marie Yves. I am Haitian and I live in the Dominican Republic. I am a mother of a girl named Salma. I studied business management, social media marketing, English language and cinema. I worked as an administrative assistant, accountant and general manager of a Caisse populaire. I also worked as a French teacher and tutor in French and English. I co-founded a national consumer association to defend consumer rights in my country, a traveling film festival on the environment to mobilize and raise awareness about environmental issues, and the Caisse populaire, of which I was the executive director. During my professional career, my various responsibilities were as follows: visitor reception, telephone switchboard, organization of diaries, planning of work meetings, preparation and presentation of various administrative and accounting reports, bookkeeping accounting strategic planning. I have developed strong planning, organization and time management skills. I am proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Docs and Google Sheets. As an entrepreneur, I learned to look for solutions to problems and to do more and better than what is expected of me. I developed my analytical skills and I am oriented towards quality and results.
