I am computer savvy professional whose passion is providing quality support and services. I have 2 years experience as a Virtual Assistant. And for more than a year I worked as a Chat Support Specialist and for 9 months I worked as a Senior Legal Admin Assistant in a Law Firm based in Las Vegas. My customers and clients have been located all over the world, so I know how important to establish a good rapport even when email, phone call, and chat is the only viable connection.

In addition, I can say that I am a Self-driven person because I am motivated to accomplish a task and learn new things for my own growth as a person and as a Virtual Assistant.

I am a team-oriented person. I can work with my colleagues efficiently under pressure.

I am a committed person for I can work longer hours if needed. 

I am also a person that open to take criticism because I believe that those things will make me a better person. I'm not taking criticism negatively, rather, I'm looking at it in a positive perspective.
