I have previously been working as a project coordinator and now I would like to explore the opportunity of working with your company. My previous experience involved Managing an active calendar of appointments, filing expense reports, and composed and prepared confidential correspondence.

I also handled all domestic and international travel reservations, answered and screened telephone calls in a courteous manner while taking messages with a high degree of accuracy. Organized monthly meetings and coordinated different projects and their logistical elements (scheduling, preparing the facility, organizing hand-outs and/or binders for attendees, etc.)

My enthusiasm, stamina, determination and perseverance are what make me just the right candidate for this position. I have a complete understanding of dealing with clients online and telephone enquiries or requests, registering new clients, managing and updating databases, Sending invoices and following up on payments, Conducting research for organisations, Conducting telephone or online sales and marketing tasks, and other administrative task that deemed necessary for the success of the organization.

I also have customer service experience with Issuing receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers, managed quality communication, customer support and product representation for each client. I ensured customer satisfaction via follow up appointments, calls and communication performed administrative tasks such as filing and scheduling appointments.

My main specialties are handling day to day customer contact via phones, faxes, and emails. Purchase order entry and follow ups, maintaining and updating all customer files. I have also worked as liaison between the customer, the sales team, and the production plant. As the main sales executive I got the opportunity to train all new customer service reps, as well as assisting in the training of various sales persons.

 

In my early years, I took a course in public speaking which has really been useful and helped me succeed in my everyday life. It has proved to me that I have good communication and interpersonal skills which I believe I will put forward to build a successful brand and awareness of your company perception.

I am also able to work in a deadline driven environment and I bank highly on my ability to create, based on events as they happen with flexibility and willing to work long hours when needed.
