I worked for 5 years as an Occupational Health Nurse. I've been with the call center industry since 2012. I am well adjusted to the the demands of this job & pretty much have embraced the grind of call center culture. Customer service for me is similar with providing the employer their needs in a timely manner. I am goal oriented and I strive for excellence. I am accustomed to speaking with foreign clients and so I appreciate their upfront personality. I work better when I am told exactly what the client wants out of a project, I focus on that goal and strive to exceed client expectations. I have no trouble communicating and expressing myself or whatever opinion my client wants me to relay in English. My communication skill in English is outstanding. I have experience in report analysis, payroll and recruitment process and have potential skills in data entry & analysis.
