About

I'm a bilingual Virtual Assistant and Language Professional fluent in French and English. Over the years, I've worked remotely with clients and teams across the United States, Ghana, and Côte d'Ivoire, helping them stay organized, communicate clearly, and get things done without the hassle.

Right now, I work as a Remote French Interpreter with Freelink Interpreting in the USA. I provide real-time phone interpretation between healthcare providers and patients in hospitals, clinics, and emergency rooms. It's work that requires focus, accuracy, and cultural sensitivity. because when someone's health is on the line, clear communication really matters. Beyond interpretation, I also handle customer service calls, resolve client issues, and support business meetings. I help international clients manage their emails, schedule appointments, and translate documents when needed.

Before this, I was a Personal Assistant at Estelle Gnadou Consulting in Abidjan. I ran the daily operations behind the scenes—managing emails and calendars, preparing documents, coordinating meetings, tracking tasks, and following up with clients. I became really good at juggling priorities, staying organized under pressure, and making sure everything ran smoothly and professionally. It taught me how to anticipate needs and keep things moving without being asked twice.

I also worked as a Customer Service Representative at E-Services Africa in Accra, where I connected with customers through calls, emails, and chat. My goal was always to leave people feeling heard and helped. I focused on clear communication, cultural awareness, and solving problems quickly. Building trust with clients, especially across different cultures, became one of my strengths.

Earlier on, I taught French to young children (ages 2–5) at École Ronsard in Accra. It was a completely different kind of challenge, but it sharpened my patience, adaptability, and ability to explain things simply and clearly. Plus, working with kids taught me that good communication is about connection, not just words.

What I bring to the table: strong organizational skills, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently without needing constant direction. I handle email management, data entry, scheduling, customer support, interpretation, translation, and document coordination. I'm comfortable with remote work tools and I adapt quickly to new systems.

At the end of the day, I help businesses run smoother. I free up time for teams to focus on what they do best, improve communication (especially across languages), and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. If you need someone dependable, organized, and easy to work with—I'm your person.
