I have been working as a phone and chat support agent for a Business Processing Outsourcing company since 2011. I have dealt with customers from a Telco Company - answer incoming phone calls of customers experiencing problems with their cellphone bill and service. I also worked. I have worked for a Retention department - respond to emails and live chats of customers who are at risk of cancelling service and address their complaints with the goal of securing renewals or saves. I was also able to worked as a technical support agent for a Highspeed Internet Company who has customers experiencing problems with their high-speed internet, IPTV and VoIP and currently a chat support agent for a Food Delivery Company.
